Lemons will provide a nice scent for a few hours, but they do not kill bacteria, yeast or mold, only mask an existing odor.

Ice will shrink the bacteria by freezing it, but it doesn't clean it away. The smell will subside for a day, but the mold and bacteria will still be there to bloom again.

The baking soda and vinegar will not clean all of the nooks and crannies of the disposal. It allows the remaining mold and bacteria to reestablish itself quickly and bloom again.
